k477 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k477 online gaming platform, operated at k477.app (the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all players using k477 regardless of their location, though the Platform is designed for and primarily targeted at players in Bangladesh. k477 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use k477, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. k477 may request evidence of eligibility at any point and may suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register as players).

• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from k477 under a restriction that remains active.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one account on k477. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. k477 uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests.

• You are responsible for all activity on your account including any bets placed, deposits made, or bonuses claimed — whether or not you personally conducted those actions.
• You must not share your account login credentials with any third party. k477 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• k477 may require you to submit documents confirming your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership as part of ongoing KYC compliance. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time may result in account suspension.
• k477 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is detected.
• Account balances held in dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after prior written notice to the registered contact.

If you close your k477 account voluntarily, any remaining verified balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing period, subject to identity verification having been completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

k477 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via major Bangladesh payment channels. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

k477 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where verification requirements are not met or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or terms violation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

k477 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. The following general principles apply to all k477 bonuses.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance automatically.
• k477 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing bonus offers.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings that have not met the stated wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino play, slots, crash games, and any other wagering activity conducted on k477. These rules supplement any game-specific rules published by the relevant game providers.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. k477 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest system error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or slot spin that prevents the outcome from being determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
• Odds displayed for sports markets are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are binding and will not be adjusted after the event result is known.
• Cricket betting markets on k477 follow ICC standard rules for match outcomes. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, k477 will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k477. k477 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void winnings, and report activity to relevant authorities where any of the following are detected.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place or manage bets.
• Collusion with other players, k477 employees, or game providers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, whether discovered deliberately or accidentally.

Where k477 determines that a breach of the prohibited conduct rules has occurred, k477 may void all bets placed during the relevant period, confiscate any winnings derived from the prohibited activity, suspend or permanently close the account, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the k477 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of k477 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the k477 Platform content without the prior written permission of k477. Unauthorised use of k477's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k477 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. k477's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• k477 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or third-party network outages may cause temporary service interruptions.
• k477 is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain errors.
• k477 accepts no liability for losses or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture following a terms violation.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Responsible Gaming

k477 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment. k477 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the account self-management tools available after login. If at any time you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available on the Platform or contact k477 customer support directly for assistance.

k477's self-exclusion tool allows you to suspend your own account access for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. 11. Amendments to These Terms

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. k477 operates an internal complaints procedure and encourages players to contact customer support in the first instance to resolve any dispute. All disputes should be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. k477 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
